Jane Green Catering focuses on medium to large corporate events, for up to 500 guests, as well as smaller company functions and private dinner parties. The food is carefully prepared beforehand, but it is not cooked until Jane is on the site. The final preparation and plating takes place in the client's kitchen, as the client is greeting the guests.
Jane Green Catering uses only the freshest, seasonal ingredients, and these are displayed and plated by Jane Green in her innovative artistic style. Jane asks the client to select 14 items from the lists below for their function. Once the food is cooked to perfection in your kitchen, it is passed around to the guests by Jane's waiters.
